Drop the box at designated drop-off point of Evri using the prepaid return label.
Once your return is scanned, we process your exchange and dispatch your refilled cylinder(s) straight to your door.

Fizzit Pro uses standard 60L CO₂ cylinders, compatible with many popular home carbonation systems. Each cylinder can make up to 60 litres of sparkling water, depending on your preferred level of carbonation.
Yes! Our cylinders are compatible with most SodaStream machines, except for models that require Quick Connect pink cylinders.
We offer a simple exchange service:
1. Order a refill online.
2. We deliver a full cylinder to you.
3. You return your empty cylinder using our prepaid return label. This helps reduce waste and keeps costs down.
Absolutely. All Fizzit Pro cylinders are tested and certified to UK/EU safety standards. Always store them upright, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, and never attempt to tamper with a cylinder.

Standard delivery is 2–4 working days, but we also offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday).
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
It’s quick and easy:
1. Align the Co2 cylinder with the hole at the bottom of the machine.
2. Insert the CO₂ cylinder and screw it firmly into place.
3. Fill your bottle with cold water, insert it, and press the carbonation button until you reach your desired fizz level.
We recommend only carbonating plain water to avoid damaging the machine or causing safety issues. You can always add flavours or syrups after carbonating.
Try using colder water — it absorbs CO₂ better. Also, make sure the CO₂ cylinder is not empty and that you’re pressing the button firmly for long enough.

Yes, Fizzit Pro bottles are made from BPA-free plastic and are fully recyclable. For safety reasons, bottles should be replaced every two years or sooner if they show signs of wear.
A small hiss of gas when you attach or detach the bottle is normal. If gas leaks continuously, the cylinder may be loose or faulty. Turn off the machine, disconnect the cylinder, and reach out to us for help.
Yes, all Fizzit Pro machines come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
