Cylinder Refill &Exchange Instructions

Please return your empty cylinder using Evri by following these steps.

Steps

  • Step 1 – Go to the Evri returns page

    Visit:

    https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel

  • Step 2 – Enter your details

    Enter the following information:

    Retailer name: FizzitPro

    Then enter:

    • Your order number
    • Your email address

    If available, please use your original marketplace order number.

  • Step 3 – Select the return reason

    Please select:

    OTHER

    In the comments box type:

    REFILL

    Then click Continue.

  • Step 4 – Select return method

    On the next screen you
    must choose:


    PARCEL DROP-OFF


    If you choose collection, an additional £5 charge will be applied to your refill.

    Select Agree and continue.

  • Step 5 – Print or download your QR code

    Evri will generate a QR code or shipping label

Important Information

  • Return Parcel Information

    Please make sure the following information is included inside your return parcel:

    • Full name
    • Return address
    • Email address
    • Telephone number
    • Order number

    Please also keep your drop-off receipt or tracking confirmation for your records.

  • Refill Price

    £13.95 per cylinder

    All returned cylinders are inspected and safety checked before refill and redispatch.

    Once we receive your empty cylinder(s), WE WILL CALL YOU TO TAKE A PAYMENT and process your order.
